Dynamics is a consulting and training firm based
on the works of its founder, Ingrid Bens, M.Ed..
It
is the mission of Participative Dynamics to
support organizations wishing to foster greater levels
of involvement and collaboration, through consultation,
facilitation and training workshops.

to support skill development in facilitation, team building
and leadership.
Ingrid
Bens is a consultant and trainer with a Master's Degree
in Adult Education and over 25 years experience. She
is the founder of Participative Dynamics, a
consulting and training firm with offices in Sarasota,
Florida and partners with affiliate organization Facilitation
First in Toronto, Canada.
Her
consulting expertise is in the area of Organization
Development, where she has designed and led numerous
large-scale, strategic change efforts in a broad range
of Fortune 500 companies, in government departments
and in non-profit organizations.
Ingrid
Bens has consulted on numerous team implementation projects
in banks, hospitals, research firms, educational institutions
and manufacturing plants. She has led a number of projects
to improve employee morale and help management shift
to a more participative and inclusive approach to leadership.
Ingrid is an expert on Win/Win bargaining and is often
asked to mediate inter-group conflicts and make sensitive
interventions to help dysfunctional teams.
Ingrid
Bens also maintains a close relationship with a number
of national and international organizations including
Linkage Inc., The Banff Center for Management, The Graduate
School at U.S.D.A., The University of North Texas Center
for Collaboration, The International Association of
Facilitators, and Goal/QPC.
Ingrid
has written and self-published four books on teams and
facilitation. Her first book, "Facilitating With
Ease!" was published by Jossey-Bass Publishers
late in 1999 and distributed worldwide.
