Organization Development consultant. She is available

Development - application of a wide variety
of OD techniques to address specific organizational
problems such as the development of clear goals and
objectives with results indicators, strategic planning,
clarification of roles and responsibilities, development
of communication strategies, creation of feedback mechanisms.
Organizational
Surveys - design and implementation of
survey feedback mechanisms such as employee satisfaction,
subordinate ratings, peer review, program review and
communications audits.
Custom
Facilitation Designs - for retreats or
complex meetings
Teambuilding/Team
Leader Training - assistance in the formation
of teams, implementation of team leader and team member
skill training
Conflict
Mediation - the application of crisis intervention
techniques in work groups and large departments.
Implementing Process Improvement
- whole system redesign to realign around processes
from suppliers through to customers.
Large Group Interventions - use of large
group processes like G.E. 'Work Out' and 'Open Space'
to improve organization effectiveness.
Instructional
Design - identification of specific needs
and development of customized learning materials for
topics including communication skills, team building,
team intervention skills, mediation, facilitating change,
consulting skills and conflict management.
Guest
Lectures - Ingrid is available to give
lectures and provide conference workshops. She has done
this for the University of North Texas, Center for Collaborative
Organizations, Linkage Inc, The International Association
of Facilitators and the Association for Quality and
Participation.
