Nancy
Penner is a consultant and trainer with 14 years of
experience in Canada, the US, Australia, England, Russia
and the Czech Republic. She has worked primarily in
the financial services, oil and gas and consumer products
industries. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds
a Masters Degree in Organization Development from American
University / National Training Laboratory.
Her
expertise is in the area of effective teaming. She has
worked in both an internal and external consulting capacity
to help cross-functional and cross-cultural teams:
· Clarify their strategy, objectives, deliverables and
working approach,
· Resolve team and inter-team conflict, and
· Enhance their collaborative problem-solving and decision-making
capability.
She
has also provided training and coaching in team leadership,
facilitation, project management and interpersonal skills.
James
Rollo
James Rollo is an organization change
consultant and trainer with a Master’s Degree
in Industrial Psychology and thirty years of experience
including ten years as an internal consultant with Cummins
Engine Company. He specializes in the design and implementation
of organization improvement strategies, leadership development,
and team facilitation.
He has consulted on projects that integrated
team development and Kaizen methodology in manufacturing
and service environments. Some of his clients include
General Electric, Verizon, Xerox, Lakeland Regional
Medical Center, Rohm & Haas, AT&T, Alcoa Aluminum,
the City Government of Kansas City and NASA. Rollo is
also a faculty member for the American Society for Quality
Control, The Center for the Study of Collaborative Organizations,
and Goal QPC.
